Hog Mt Retreat by Buffalo Mountain Getaway

We stayed for a weekend getaway. The cabin was perfect for two people very comfortable. Patricia As always been available if needed and quick to respond to text! We are planning on coming back in the fall for the leaves! I recommend staying here anytime you're in the area!

We enjoyed our stay. So peaceful and relaxing. So nice sitting on the porch swing listening to the rain the morning of our checkout.

This was our 2nd stay & we will be back again & again. Clean, comfortable & well located…easy drive to local wineries, Mabry Mill & Floyd. Love the front porch swing overlooking the little pond but if we had one suggestion, it would be to trim the mountain laurel @ front porch so that you would have a better view of the mountains/landscape.

The cabin was beautiful, quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the water in the shower, it was either scalding hot or had no water pressure. Very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway ! Less than 1 mile.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This adorable cabin was the perfect place to unplug and unwind from our hectic life. The owners thoughtfully stocked the kitchen for a light breakfast. The cabin was inviting, clean and well prepared for guests. Our only complaint was the full size bed and mattress. We prefer a queen. The mattress sank toward the middle. If you want a quiet getaway this is your place!
