How can we contact you?
Call, Text or Email and we will do our best to assist you. Typical reply times are within an hour or less.
What is your Pet Policy?
We don't charge a pet fee, as we are pet people ourselves. Pets allowed with permission, MAX 2 dogs, sorry NO cats. You must let us know. Bring your own crate and bedding. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture and please do NOT use our linens to clean your pets. Message us for more details.
What is your cancellation policy?
We hope you won't need to cancel, but we understand that things happen. Why not reschedule instead? 100% Refund up to 30 days prior to arrival; 50% Refund up to 14 days prior to arrival. Credit Card fees are non-refundable no matter the time of cancellation.
Do you offer Trip Insurance?
